The cast iron Dutch oven is unusual, as it can be used as a deep pot or as a flat surface for baking bread - just flip it over and bake on the lid! It’s flat, which means it can be used to set the dough on.
You can also use this Dutch oven pot for stews, casseroles etc, making it very versatile. A great tool for the home Artisan baker to create works of art every time.
This pack includes the option of a very useful stainless steel trivet, which fits neatly into both the lid and the pot, which when using the oven is almost always very useful.

They can be used in your standard oven, or in your BBQ, on a firepit, or even on a campfire when out in the bush. They are pre seasoned, and come with a basic sourdough formulation so you can get it right quicker.
